Sashimi Grade Oysters, shrucked for your convenience. Keep frozen until you are ready to enjoy. Thaw in chiller, rinse in running water to remove any particles. Soaked in ice cold water for 5 to 10 minutes, drain the water, use a small knife to gentle open the Oysters. Serve and enjoy with fresh cut lemon, tabasco sauce optional. Once thawed, consume within the same day.
