🗓 1. Delivery Schedule
Delivering fresh produce and good food to your door
Three times a week
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
🕐 Delivery window:
1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Your order will arrive within this time frame.
Note: Delivery timing is not guaranteed. No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.
⏰ 2. Order Cut Off
To ensure your produce is freshly harvested and carefully packed:
• Please place your order at least one day before your chosen delivery date, by 12 PM
• Orders placed after 12 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day

💳 3. Delivery Fees
• Free delivery for orders above $60 🎉
• $10 delivery fee for orders below $60
• Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout
📍 4. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver islandwide within Singapore 🇸🇬
If you are unsure whether your address is within our service area, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist.
📦 5. Receiving Your Order
As we handle fresh produce:
• Kindly ensure someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window
• If no one is available, we will try to contact you at the provided number 📞
• If we are unable to reach you, your order may be left at your doorstep at your own risk, unless prior arrangements have been made
Please note that Meod Fresh is not responsible for any quality changes resulting from delayed collection after delivery.
⚠ 6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, restricted access, or no one available to receive the order:
• A redelivery fee may apply
