Welcome to Meod Fresh. By accessing our website and purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activity under your account
2. Our Products
Meod Fresh specialises in fresh, pesticide free produce grown in Singapore.
• Product size, colour, and appearance may vary due to natural growing conditions
• We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice
• Quantities may be limited based on harvest supply
• Images are for illustration purposes only
2.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. As we work with fresh and seasonal produce sourced from trusted suppliers, stock may occasionally be limited or unavailable.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to propose a suitable alternative product of similar type and value. Substitutions will only be made with your agreement.
If you prefer not to accept a replacement, we will provide a refund for the unavailable item.
3. Orders & Acceptance
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
• Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary
• Orders are for personal consumption only and not for resale
• Once confirmed, cancellations or changes may not be possible
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, all sales are final unless items are missing, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
4. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars
• Delivery fees, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout
• Prices and promotions may change without notice
• You are responsible for ensuring valid and accurate payment information
4.1 Gift Cards
Meod Fresh may offer digital gift cards for purchase and redemption on our website.
Use of Gift Cards
• Gift cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering the unique code provided via email
• Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is fully utilised
• If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method
Partial Use
If a purchase does not fully utilise the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain tied to the same gift card code for future use.
Balance & Access
• Customers may check their remaining balance using the link provided in the original gift card email
• If the gift card email is lost, customers may contact us for assistance. For security reasons, gift cards will only be resent to the original purchaser or verified recipient
Restrictions
• Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards cannot be transferred for resale
• Meod Fresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift card codes
• Gift cards may only be used on our official website unless otherwise stated
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Delivery Schedule
Delivery days and time windows are stated in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to deliver within the stated window, exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
5.2 Receiving Your Order
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order
• If unreachable, we may leave the order at your doorstep at your own risk unless prior arrangements are made
• A redelivery fee may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, restricted access, or no recipient available
Delivery is considered successfully completed once the order is handed to you or left at the agreed delivery location.
5.3 Proper Storage
Fresh produce should be stored appropriately as soon as possible after delivery.
Chilled items must be refrigerated promptly.
Meod Fresh is not responsible for quality deterioration due to delayed storage after successful delivery.
5.4 Perishable Nature
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed after successful delivery unless items are missing or incorrect.
Please notify us of any discrepancies on the same day of delivery.
6. Risk & Liability
• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, building access restrictions, or other factors beyond our control
• Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery
7. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, branding, images, and graphics belong to Meod Fresh or our licensors.
You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
8. Third Party Services
We may use third party platforms such as payment gateways or logistics providers.
We are not responsible for third party policies, systems, or service interruptions.
