What is Iberico Pork?
Iberico Pork comes from the Iberian pig breed which is native to the Iberian Peninsula, areas in Portugal and Spain.

Known as the ‘Wagyu’ of pork, Iberian pigs are semi-wild and feed on natural forest elements like acorns.

This makes their meat tender, with more fat marbling and nutty in flavour compared to other breeds.
