Topside beef has a slightly tougher texture as compared to other cuts, it is medium-tender, boneless and lean. Also, it is rich and strong in flavour. This cut of meat comes from the long inner muscle of the cow’s thigh. It is high in protein, vitamins (Vitamin B12) and high in minerals (Zinc, Niacin) when consumed.
